Hi, I'm Alex! I'm 27 and love creating a fun, safe, and positive space where kids can be themselves. I'm patient, outgoing, and connect easily with all kinds of personalities-whether a child is shy, energetic, or has ADHD. Having grown up with ADHD myself and done well in school without medication, I understand different learning styles and meet kids where they are. I have years of experience caring for children of all ages through babysitting, helping with my own family, and volunteer work. My Montessori education shapes my approach-I encourage independence, creativity, and hands-on learning at each child's pace. I also have 15+ years working with animals as a dog groomer, which adds to my calm and attentive nature. I love crafts, imagination, and making learning fun. I strive to be a trusted role model and someone your child feels safe and happy with.
