Hi I am Alexia, I am the oldest of my 4 other siblings in my family and I have always been around younger kids like my siblings, cousins, neighbors, and children my mother babysat. I have always loved children and took a child development class as well as preschool lab in high school. I've been babysitting without an adult to supervise since I was 12 and babysat for my parents while they were at work for years. My parents are EMTs and Firefighters so I have basic knowledge of what to do in emergency situations and first aid. Although I currently do not have a CPR certification, I took a class previously and can get certified if it makes you comfortable. I have always grown up with animals so I am comfortable and have experience taking care of pets. I love to do crafts and outdoor activities with the kids and have a minivan so I can safely transport multiple children to go to parks or other activities.
