About Alexi

Hi, I'm Alexi! I have over 4 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, including children on the autism spectrum. I'm passionate about creating meaningful connections and helping each child grow in their social skills, creativity, and confidence. I offer support both at home and during outings like the park, beach, dinner, or swimming. I focus on what each child can do, not what they can't-celebrating their strengths while building trust and independence. This work is more than a job for me-it's a rewarding way to make a difference every day.
