Alexis was hired by us for part time work over the summer progressing to full time in the fall. She interviewed in person, signed a contract and confirmed her start date with me. She also reconfirmed her start date a week prior, and then on the day she was due to start, she was a no-call, no show. She did not respond to messages or phone calls attempting to check in with her. While she was lovely during the interview process and came with good recommendations, the fact that she ghosted us and left us stranded on the morning she was due to start was extremely unprofessional. I cannot recommend Alexis in good conscience to anyone looking for a reliable nanny given our experience.
