I have been working in a nursing home since I was 14yrs old. I am currently working in two nursing homes now. one as a receptionist and one as a rehab aid. When my grandmother past it made me wish I was more involved at 12. I am very involved now, and I realized that seniors revert in life as they age and tend to decline, in this process they need someone that understands that, and will give them that extra time, care, and love they need.
