My name is Alexis and I am a Childhood Education major , set to graduate in Spring of '27. Outside of classes, I am a Behavior Technician at a school for kids with autism. I'd describe my personality as observant, patient, and creative. I like working with kids because seeing them grow and make progress in their daily lives is truly amazing. I love to incorporate learning into play promoting independence when it is safe to do so. I started working with kids when I was 16 years old, babysitting after school and on the weekends. I then started working at a daycare, but soon found my passion working in the life skills classroom at the elementary school nextdoor. I have been working with students on the autism spectrum since 2020 and have been certified as a Behavior Technician since 2021.

Alexis is an empathetic and caring sitter. She has tons of experience with kids and it definitely shows in her work. She’s very flexible and can accommodate basically anything you (or the kids) can throw at her. Highly recommend!
