About Alexis

I'm a compassionate nanny with a passion for fostering the development of young minds. My career goal is to work in pediatrics, & I find immense joy in guiding children as they grow & learn. I strive to create a safe & stimulating environment for the children I watch. I believe in open communication with parents, working together to meet the needs of each child. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules while maintaining a positive atmosphere. I have nannied for five years privately, caring for up to five children at a time. I have also worked in public childcare for a year, caring for up to 12 children at once. I have experience with newborns-12+. I have worked a 1-1 ratio with children with autism &/or mental illnesses while learning to navigate and adjust to new surroundings. I have experience with allergies as well! I am CPR, AED, BLS certified. I am a certified babysitter through the American Red Cross, have a level 1 fingerprint clearance card, & my nursing assistant license.
