My name is Lex, and I'm an experienced, dependable, and compassionate caregiver with a strong background in both childcare and public service. I'm excited to transition my skills into a nanny role where I can make a positive impact on children's lives. I have background in child care. I worked at a daycare/ preschool for 8 years and got to experience kids from newborns to the age of 6. I'm comfortable adapting to each child's unique needs and personality. My previous experience as a police officer strengthened my ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate effectively, solve problems quickly, and prioritize safety in every situation.
