About Alexis

Nurturing young minds is my passion, and I have 6 years of paid experience caring for children of all ages. My previous teaching and nannying experiences solidified my desire to positively impact children's lives, so I strive to foster growth and development in an engaging way. Presently, I work full time in an office setting as a clinical operations manager for a prescription benefit company, and am looking for supplemental income. On Wednesday evenings, I am a worship leader for a local youth group for children ages 10-17. I'm friendly, energetic. I enjoy crafts, playing and exploring outdoors, and educational activities. I have taken Early Child Development courses and have all clearances required in the state of PA. I am happy to help with cooking and light housekeeping. I communicate with parents through daily reports and verbal updates, always following your preferred method. I love to incorporate ASL when working with younger ages.
