About Alexis

I began tutoring with Peer2Peer Tutoring in local grammar schools as a high school student, assisting 6-8th graders with homework in the areas of math, science, English and social studies during after school programs. In undergrad at Tuskegee University, I was the sole study hall tutor for the Football Department for two years during my freshman and sophomore year, assisting players with first year course studies. I also briefly assisted teachers at a local catholic school for grades 1-3. During my junior and senior year, I was a Lab T. A. For Chem 1 and Chem 2. Currently, I am a 3L law school student; during my 1L year, I tutored a 7th grade student in-home in the areas of science, math, English and social studies.
