About Aleyah

As a parent who was new to Care.com and childcare-for-hire, I was honestly a bit nervous at first—but Aleyah completely exceeded my expectations. She is incredibly patient, thoughtful, dependable, and respectful. From the very beginning, my children instantly gravitated toward her, which gave me immediate peace of mind. I have an active 4-year-old and an 8-month-old who both require a lot of attention and engagement, and Aleyah handled both with ease and confidence. She followed all of my directions exactly and showed great attention to detail, which made me feel comfortable trusting her with my children. What truly stood out to me was how quickly my 4-year-old warmed up to her. My daughter was very apprehensive about us leaving, but within the first 30 minutes with Ms. Aleyah, she happily said, “Bye Mommy,” and waved goodbye—that moment spoke volumes to me as a parent. Aleyah is also extremely reliable and communicative. She keeps me updated, communicates clearly about scheduling, and has proven to be trustworthy and professional. I truly appreciate her care and dedication, and I feel confident knowing my children are in safe and capable hands.
