About Aleya

Hi! I'm Aleya. I'm a warm, patient, and dependable caregiver with several years of childcare experience and coursework in Early Childhood Education. I have the most experience with infants and toddlers, including newborns through age 3, and I'm comfortable caring for multiple children at once. I'm attentive to each child's personality and developmental stage, and I believe children thrive when they feel safe, understood, encouraged, and genuinely cared for. I also value consistency and good communication with parents-I want families to feel comfortable knowing their children are in capable and loving hands while they're away. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, a non-smoker, and have reliable transportation.
