About Ali

Families! My name is Ali and I am a 29-year-old new mom my daughter P , who is almost 9 months old. I am looking to use my teaching and child care experience in a more casual setting. Need to run errands? Want to get your nails done? Need just a few hours to yourself? I'm your person! Drop your child off by me to hang with P and I for a little while while you do your thing! I have been working as a lead Pre-K teacher in the West Loop for 5 years. Prior to that, I worked as an assistant in a toddler classroom for 3 years in Wisconsin. Prior to teaching I had lots of experience babysitting and being a nanny. I have my degree in Elementary Education, but early childhood is where my heart is. Can help in tutoring. I love working closely with families, and I love those first 5 years of a child's life. I do have a resume upon request, as well as several references. Looking forward to working with you!
