About Alicia

I am a dedicated, caring, and experienced childcare professional with many years of experience caring after children ranging from newborns to school age. I completed a Bachelor's degree in Education and have a teaching background, as well as CPR and First Aid certification and professional caregiver training as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Throughout my career, I have looked after children with a variety of developmental needs, such as autism, ADHD, speech delays, and nonverbal communication needs. I am also experienced in caring for twins and infants, including newborn care. I am committed to building a safe, loving, and stimulating environment in which children feel supported, valued, and encouraged to grow. I enjoy incorporating age-appropriate activities, daily routines that nurture each child's individual needs and development. I pride myself on being reliable, responsible, and adaptable, and on building trusting relationships with children and their families alike.
