About Alicia

Hello! I'm passionate about connecting with and helping others. I have experience with medication management, activities of daily living such as bathing and toileting, meal preparation, and dementia care. I'm compassionate and believe in a person-centered approach to care. I like caring for seniors because I've witnessed many difficulties related to aging and believe that it takes a certain personality to properly provide assistance. I started caring for seniors when I turned 16 and decided to get a job in a dining room at an assisted living facility. I loved being able to put a smile on people's faces, even if it was just from a meal. In my spare time, I like to enjoy the outdoors, movies and spending time with my family. I tailor my caregiving to the individual and what their needs are. I strive to respect the wishes of families while prioritizing safety.
