Alicia left a good impression in the interview process and trial and has good references. We hired her as a full time nanny. From day one she didn't seem very eager and wouldn't pick and hold our child much. Four days in she quit over night via text message stating she has physical limitations. She took this job knowing she is physically not fit enough to take care of our child which is a safety concern. She also quit knowing my husband is on a business trip and that I didn't have any other help. I had to take off work and miss important meetings. She put our family in a bad spot. I would not recommend hiring her.
