About Alicia

Im seeking a new postion starting end of September 2026 once my current postion ends. Id love to start with an infant and stay until kindergarden. I truly love caring for kids, it comes naturally to me. I enjoy building relationships with children and creating an environment where they feel safe, supported, and free to be themselves. Watching kids learn, play, and grow brings me a lot of joy, and I love being someone they can count on. I'm a mother of three amazing kids (including twins!), and I've been caring for children for 20+ years. I have experience with all ages, 0-11. Alongside raising my own, I've cared for other families' children previously as well, including other sets of twins. I have hands-on experience with infants, including babywearing, cloth diapering, baby-led weaning and infant ASL. I use a gentle trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming approach with all children. I'm calm under pressure, attentive, and I know how to meet chilren of all ages where they're at.
