About Alicia

Alicia has been absolutely wonderful with our children, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have found her. She has such a warm, positive demeanor and brings great energy to her time with the kids. She is always thinking of fun and engaging things to do with them, whether it’s exploring different parks, getting outside, or doing art projects together. We’ve come home more than once to beautiful artwork they’ve created, and it’s clear how much thought and care she puts into their days. One of the things that has impressed us most about Alicia is her understanding of how children process emotions and feelings. She has been especially wonderful with our older son when he is working through a big feeling or a difficult moment. She knows how to talk to him in a way that really resonates, and we’ve heard him reference her words and strategies later, which says so much about the connection she has built with him. Beyond the care she provides, Alicia is simply a wonderful person to have around. She is kind, thoughtful, dependable, and someone we have genuinely enjoyed getting to know. She has also been incredibly sweet with our dog and always treats him with so much kindness. Finding someone you truly trust and feel comfortable having care for your children can be difficult, and Alicia has been such a great fit for our family. We feel very lucky that she has been a part of our children’s lives and would recommend her wholeheartedly to any family looking for someone who will care for their children with warmth, patience, creativity, and genuine affection.
