Alicia consistently arrives on time and is kind and professional. When we first brought her on, she asked so many good questions about our family’s preferences, the children’s personalities, likes/dislikes, and schedules. Working with her over the past 4.5 years has been amazing. Our kids love her warm and gentle personality and beg for her to come back every time! Most of all, we appreciate that Alicia is respectful, communicates well, and that she is reliable and professional.
