Hi! I'm Alicia, and I'm a caring, patient, and dependable caregiver who genuinely loves working with children. I have experience working with toddlers. I love keeping children engaged through play, activities, crafts, outdoor time, and joining in on whatever they're interested in. I'm also comfortable helping with routines such as meals, naps, bedtime, diapering, and keeping play areas tidy. I have professional experience working with children in a behavioral support setting, which has helped me develop patience, communication skills, and the ability to stay calm and attentive while caring for children with different personalities and needs. Most importantly, I want the children I care for to feel safe, happy, and cared for. I'm someone who will get down on the floor and play with them, celebrate their little accomplishments, and make sure they have a good time while their parents are away.
