I grew up in a private nursing home since third grade. We took care of people 24 hours a day seven days a week throughout my childhood. I have learned how to care be compassionate have patience and understand what it is for people to grow. Old I've done everything from cooking meals feeding people changing people bathing them And spending quality time with them listening to their stories doing things that they enjoy doing trying to help them enjoy their latter years of life I've worked extensively with dementia Alzheimer's. I also had a cleaning company so it works out nice because I'm a cleaning person too. I enjoy cooking. I enjoy crafts reading games. card games even watching TV with somebody. I enjoy conversation and I've been told I have the patience of a saint again. these things were instilled in me through my parents at a young age , I feel the older generation has so much to offer their stories and their life experiences Thank you for reading this Hope to hear from you

After trying other caregivers, I found Alicia. Alicia Ann was a godsend in helping me care for my 86 year old husband who suffered from advanced Parkinson's and Dementia. It was very apparent from the first day that she genuinely cared for him as a person, not just a patient, and constantly sought ways to make his life easier and more interesting. (She spent hours entertaining/ helping him sort and resort a lifetime of fishing gear, which was his life's passion to the end of his days.) She is self motivated, reliable, intuitive, trustworthy and completely dependable. I will always be grateful for her care and highly recommend her for senior care.
