About Alicia

I'm currently a junior in college and work as a paraprofessional and substitute teacher, which has given me experience working with children of different ages, personalities, and needs. I also help care for my nieces and nephew, who I've been around since they were born, including my family members who are autistic. Being there for them as they've grown has taught me patience, understanding, and how important it is to meet every child where they are. I truly love watching children learn, grow, laugh, and become comfortable enough to be themselves around me. To me, childcare is more than just watching a child it's about making them feel safe, heard, supported, and cared for.
