I have been in Care. com as a nanny for 5 nearly 6 years. I am CPR certified, Certified Postpartum Doula, and an in-training Birth Doula. Alicia watched my daughter and nephew (nanny share) from 4 months to 16 months. She was incredible! She was kind, energetic, creative, and very reliable. She worked with them both on all milestones and kept up communication through out the day while we were at work. My daughter LOVED when Ms. Alicia watched her which is the best feeling a parent can have when leaving their child with someone else. I highly recommend Alicia for anyone’s childcare needs.
