About Alicia

I started working with kids initially when my mom would babysit. Now as an adult, I have worked as an RBT and Preschool Teacher Assistant. As an RBT, I would help children with Autism with their daily, social, oral, and communicative skills. When I worked as a Preschool Teacher Assistant I worked in a classroom with behavioral challenges and I would help the children with their emotion regulation, social skills, and play. I am currently studying Child Development & Family Studies. I am passionate about working with children and contributing to their development. I have worked with children who have special needs, behavioral challenges, and non-verbal communication. I make sure to accommodate the child to their individual needs.
