Ms. Lou is one in a million — we will miss her so much! We have been so lucky to have Alicia (Ms. Lou) caring for our 6 and 7 year old daughters. As a very picky parent when it comes to caregivers, she cleared every bar and then some. She has always been incredibly prompt and communicative — the kind of caregiver you never have to worry about. My kids absolutely adore her. We are so sad she is moving, but anyone who gets her is truly getting the best. You cannot go wrong with Ms. Lou!
