About Alicia

Alicia is truly the best of the best among caregivers. Her professionalism and attentiveness far exceeded my expectations. She cared for my 89-year-old mother, who has dementia, during night shifts in the memory care unit. Alicia helped with bedtime routines, ensuring my mother was comfortable, assisted with bathroom visits, soothed her when she struggled to sleep, alerted the med-tech when medication was needed, and often stayed on-site until the morning care partner arrived, even if it was past her scheduled shift end. Alicia has a deep understanding of all aspects of caregiving and provided my family with valuable suggestions and options to create a calm, supportive environment for my mother. Her support extended beyond my mother’s passing, as she helped with moving personal belongings, coordinated plans, and kept other private care partners informed during my mother’s hospital stay and final moments.
