I am a Social Worker and Patient Care Provider dedicated to providing person-centered care. As a trained Home Health Aide currently pursuing my Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, I am committed to supporting clients with professionalism, dignity, and respect while aiming to meet their individual needs. My experience includes providing companionship, emotional support, and meaningful social interaction; assisting with activities of daily living such as eating, grooming, and personal care; performing light housekeeping; providing medication reminders; running errands, including grocery shopping and coordinating social and recreational activities that promote engagement and overall well-being. I believe compassionate care extends beyond meeting physical needs. By building trusting relationships and fostering meaningful connections, I strive to enhance each client's quality of life while promoting comfort, independence, and peace of mind for both clients and their families.
