Hi there! I'm Allie and here's a little about me. I'd describe my personality as detail-oriented, fast thinker, empathic. I like working with kids because their energy gives me energy. I love being able to help whenever wherever and I understand that now a days parents deserve and need a lot more help sometimes that what they're getting. I'm looking for a job that cares about me and I will care about them. I started working with kids when I was little I would take care of my little cousins. I later shifted to more official babysitting. My latest job I worked at a church that had daycare for children that was amazing. In my spare time, I like to go on walks and decompress watching tv with my cat. One thing you should know about me is I consider myself extremely valuable as a worker for any types of family and I prefer to follow gentle parenting. My skills include teaching, meal prep, cleaning.
