About Aline

Hi! My name is Aline I have over 6 years of experience working as a nanny, caring for children of different ages and supporting their daily routines, development, and well-being. I have experience creating a safe and positive environment, planning age-appropriate activities, helping with meals, hygiene, homework, and maintaining open communication with families. In my current role as a Behavior Technician, I work one-on-one with children to help them build communication, social, and daily living skills. I follow individualized treatment plans, collect data on progress, and work closely with supervisors and caregivers to support each child's goals. Through this experience, I have developed strong skills in behavior management, problem-solving, patience, and teamwork. I am currently pursuing a college degree and plan to continue my education to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
