She is always attentive and proactive, communicates openly about any needs or concerns, and truly takes the time to understand my husband and what makes him comfortable. What means the most to me is seeing how happy my husband is when she arrives. He genuinely looks forward to her visits, and that gives me tremendous peace of mind.
