I have 7 years' experience with infants, toddlers and tweens. I really enjoy having fun with kids of all ages. Outside is always my first choice. With the little ones, I like to get down on the floor with them, playing with toys, reading, hide-n-seek, anything that keeps them engaged! With the older kids, parents typically have some guardrails around their free time, so I take your lead. Most recently, I've been caring for a toddler in the afternoons/evenings for the past 4 years. We highly recommend Alison as a babysitter and caregiver. She has been caring for our son since he was just under two, and she has been an incredible part of his early childhood. Alison is imaginative, playful, and fully engaged. She meets kids at their level and keeps them excited through play, reading, and activities. She has also been a huge help with evening routines like dinner, bath time, and bedtime, which has made a meaningful difference for our family. She is patient and calm, but also firm in a way that reinforces respect and boundaries. She handles challenging moments with composure and care. Beyond childcare, she is reliable, punctual, and flexible, and often helps with light cleanup and dishes. We trust her completely and feel very lucky to have her. Any family would be fortunate to have Alison caring for their children.
