About Allaire

I'd would describe myself as upbeat, grounded, and radiant! I started babysitting around 13-14 years old, first for families connected to my little sister. As the oldest sister, cousin, and grandchild, caring for younger kids has always come naturally to me. I also served as a Counselor-in-Training at a summer camp, where I supervised younger campers, helped with meals and bedtime routines, and worked as arts class assistant counselor supporting kids as they learned new skills. In my spare time, I love reading, exercising, crocheting, spending time with friends, baking, and thrift shopping. I'm a very active and creative person, so I enjoy anything that lets me move, make something, or connect with others. I'm very attentive and safety-minded, and I like actually interacting with kids instead of just watching them. I'm also great at cooking and would happily prepare meals. I always try to create a balance of structure and fun so everyone feels comfortable and enjoys their time.
