About Allayna

Hello! My name is Allayna, and I have 6 years of experience over the last 10 years working with children. I am a good fit for families looking to hire a PT/FT (30-40 hrs.) nanny. Combined with my experience as a musician & DV advocate, I have become a dedicated and attentive caretaker who values fostering supportive and creative environments for children to thrive. As a volunteer, I have acquired a PCADV 40-hour training certification. Many of the courses specialized in safety for minors & children. I am a mandated reporter for ChildLine, cleared through PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and FBI fingerprinting. I attended a First-Aid training course this year (2023). In 2015-16, I nannied a 9-year-old through the school year. Prior to nannying, I coordinated youth events for 200 participants between ages 12-18, volunteered at church functions for children & babysat on a regular basis from 2011-22.
