About Allen

I'd describe my personality as fun, loving and outgoing. I like working with kids because they bring out my inner child. They are so curious and active which I love as well. Also I miss my nieces and nephews. I'm looking for a job that is closer to where I live because I'm yet to get a car. I would love to have open and sincere communication with both parents and kids so I know and meet their expectations. I started working with kids when I was in College. I majored in early childhood development back in college and volunteered with a number of children's organizations. My sisters have kids too so I also got experience from working with them. In my spare time, I like to read, watch movies and go bowling. One thing you should know about me is I love to cook. My skills include empathy and compassion, diet and nutritional skills and communication skills.
