About Allie

Hi! My name is Allie, and I'm currently studying Early Childhood Education with a passion for working with infants and toddlers. I currently work as a daycare teacher in an infant/toddler classroom at Gretchen's House Childcare Center, where I help care for and support young children throughout their daily routines and development. I have experience with children ages 0-3 and am comfortable with feeding, diapering, naps, playtime, bedtime routines, and age-appropriate activities. I'm patient, caring, dependable, and love helping children learn through play, books, music, and sensory activities. I understand how important trust is when choosing someone to care for your child, and I always strive to make both children and parents feel safe, comfortable, and supported! I started working with kids when I was around 7 years old my mom has been a nanny for many years and I always helped her and I also have a lot of younger cousins that I have.
