My background includes a high school degree and certifications in CPR and First Aid. I provide transportation, run errands, handle light housekeeping, and offer dementia care. I also have experience with stroke patients, heart failure, mobility, and COPD. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. Compassionate and detail-oriented, I prioritize creating a comfortable environment and follow each family's preferred communication method, including written reports and verbal updates.
