About Allison

For over 20 years, I've been dedicated to nurturing children's growth and providing families with dependable care. My journey began with nannying at age 12 and continued through college. I hold a college degree and have experience as a special education teacher and registered behavior therapist. I am comfortable caring for up to two children, ages 0-11 and 12+. I believe in fostering a creative and engaging environment through outdoor games, puzzles, and educational activities. I am patient, calm, friendly, and comfortable enforcing household rules. I provide regular updates via text or phone call, always following your preferred communication method. I am also happy to help with cooking, carpooling, travel, and crafts. I have First Aid Training, CPR Training, am a certified teacher, and have Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Child Development Coursework.
