About Allison

I am a DOGE-d federal worker trying to make ends meet until I find my next full time job. I started working with animals as a high school student. I raised rabbits in the FFA (in addition to my household zoo of cats, dogs, birds, and small pets), and worked at a pet store and for a local vet in my senior year. Since then, I've raised a guide dog puppy and was a pet sitter and walker on Rover before the pandemic with all glowing reviews. In my spare time, I like to read, take my dog to the park, and volunteer with local community groups. One thing you should know about me is that I will remember your pet's name, but maybe not your name. My skills include giving medication, providing appropriate play, and meeting pets where their own energy level and personality is.
