Allison is a genuine sweetheart and a dependable caretaker! I'm a mother of three boys so it can get pretty hectic at home. She has always been on time, and attentive to their needs. She is an excellent communicator which helps when the boys get into a disagreement and the situation needs to diffuse. She has proven that she is responsible, and I would highly recommend Allison if you get the chance.
