About Allison

Hello! My name is Allison, and I am looking for a part-time job as a Nanny/Babysitter. I am currently attending University's Clinical Mental Health Counseling program online full-time. I have over two years of experience working as a Nanny. I also spent over a year working at Montessori School, where I learned a lot about childhood development. This experience allowed me to connect hands-on experience with what I had learned in my undergraduate Psychology program. My goal as a caregiver is to provide children with ample opportunities to grow within a safe and healthy environment. I believe that the Montessori approach allows children to develop independence and responsibility, and I use many of these techniques when interacting with children.
