About Allison

I'd describe my personality as patient, trustworthy, kind-hearted. I like working with kids because it is what I've done for work since I was 10 years old and have my Bachelor's degree in; I'm a natural with children. I enjoy helping others and have patience for teaching. I started working with kids in 1989 to present. In my spare time, I like to relax and grocery shop at health food stores. One thing you should know about me is I care about people's happiness. My skills include: always ensuring children's safety at all times; always attending to the family and children's needs; using positive reinforcement when making mistakes as learning opportunities to grow on, as the little ones are new at things.
