About Allison

Hi! I'm a warm, patient, dependable homeschooling mom who enjoys caring for children, seniors, and animals. I'm CPR & AED certified and love creating a safe environment where people feel happy and respected. I have over 15 years of childcare experience. I've also homeschooled my 9-year-old daughter for 4 years, giving me experience with reading, crafts, cooking, routines, play, and homework help. In addition, I'm experienced in senior companionship, having provided end of life care for my own grandmother. I'm comfortable with conversation, reading, games, meals, and medication routines. One important part of my arrangement: I homeschool my daughter, so she accompanies me while I work. She brings her own schoolwork, food, and activities and is independent. She is not an additional responsibility for the client, and I don't expect clients to entertain her. I'm happy to discuss how this will work in your home!
