About Ally

Hi! I'm Ally, I'm 19 years old and passionate about working with children and supporting their growth in a positive structured environment. My experience with kids began in 2023. I began teaching ages 4 to 12 at a dance studio. This past school year, I worked as an Instructional Assistant in a First Grade classroom at a school in the PV district. Throughout my childhood, I gained experience helping my mom, an in home therapist for children with special needs, at work. This strengthened my patience, empathy, communication, and ability to adapt. I am also an aspiring professional dancer and currently train with a professional hip hop company five nights a week. Dance has built my discipline, consistency, and teamwork. In my free time I enjoy going to the gym, spending time with my grandma, and taking my dog to the park.
