About Allyson

I am a 19-year-old college student at McDaniel college for elementary education. I enjoy working with children as I grew up around them because my mother was a full time nanny. I have worked at Day School summer camp SMARTS in their theatre camp from children grades 2nd-8th. I'd describe my personality as caring, creative, and patient. I like working with kids because I enjoy helping them learn and grow into people who care about others. I'm looking for a job that allows me to work for the summer as I am a college student. I started working with kids when I was 18 at a summer camp however I grew up helping my mother care for children she babysat. In my spare time, I like to crochet, listen to musicals, and hang out with my friends. One thing you should know about me is I am willing to go the extra mile to make sure their kids are happy and safe. My skills include being patient, understanding of children's feelings, and ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
