About Alma D

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Alma. She cared for our two children for two years (now 3 and 1.5 yo) and truly became part of our family. Our kids absolutely adore her, and she will be missed greatly. She is incredibly reliable and dependable and rarely ever needed time off. One of the things we appreciated most was how proactive and independent she was. she never needed to be told what to do and naturally understood what needed to be done throughout the day. At the same time, she was always very receptive to feedback and happy to adjust to our preferences or routines. She is attentive, extremely clean and organized, and took wonderful care of both our children and our home. She is also an excellent and very safe driver. She drove our kids almost every day to activities, parks, libraries, and outings, and we always felt completely comfortable having them in her care. Communication was always easy, and she speaks both English and Spanish, which was a wonderful bonus for our family. Most importantly, she genuinely loves and cares about our children, and they feel the same way about her. After two years together, she became much more than our nanny, she became part of our family. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her, and we recommend her without hesitation.
