Working as a substitute teacher uniquely prepared me for caregiving by sharpening my adaptability, patience, and emotional intuition. Navigating different classrooms every day required me to quickly assess diverse needs, establish trust with individuals of varying abilities, and maintain a calm, structured environment during moments of stress I'd describe my personality as kind, patient, hardworking I like working with kids because of my unique experience as a substitute teacher. We truly see the impact our choices and kindness have towards children which makes me want to be the best person I can. I grew up in a big family in which I am the eldest daughter so it feels like started working with kids at a young age however professionally I have worked with kids since the age of 21 My skills include being patient, kind and willing to help.
