Hi there, I'm Alondra! A little about me: I'm a 27-year-old athlete I have my master's degree in psychology and I'm currently pursuing my PhD. I have 10 years of one on one care for infants and children with special needs/ feeding tubes, diagnoses ranging from autism, down syndrome, eating/mood disorders, etc. I have had the pleasure of caring primarily for families with newborns and expecting mothers with toddlers for the last 8 years. I am comfortable caring for children /infants of all ages. And for any first-time parents reading this, take a deep breath, you've got this! I have worked with a variety of families and do well acclimating to new routines. Alondra is trustworthy, sociable and polite.  She is punctual and likes to work from a todo list.  I would hire her again if  needed.  

Alondra is an amazing nanny. She started caring for our newborn when she was around 3 months and has been there for our little one. Our baby absolutely loves her and the activities she does. She has also been helpful in conducting exercises with the baby when she is gassy or to improve her eating. She is also always on time and documents the progress of the baby throughout the day. Overall, Alondra is dependable, caring, and genuinely enjoys babies! I’m so glad she’s there for us.

Alondra was early and very personable. She perfectly organized the drawers and closet in my nursery with little to no direction at all.

Alondra has been an amazing Nanny for our son. We truly could not ask for a better person to help care for him. She cares for him, plays with him and teaches him all kinds of things that are beyond what my wife and I could do. Alondra was truly a gem! She was very thorough and made sure she followed my baby's routine to the T. She was on time, respectful and super friendly ! I could tell my baby was having so much fun with her.

My husband and I recently moved to AZ from OR. Yesterday we found ourselves in a bind - needing someone to watch our 16 month old last minute and zero family around. I have never used one of these sites before and was extremely nervous about finding someone we could trust. That was before I met Alondra. She jumped at the opportunity to help! On the phone I had no idea what questions to ask or what I should be telling her about my little one. Not a problem. She asked all the right questions and quickly made me feel at ease. She arrived early and I could tell she was instantly comfortable taking over. I received video updates/meal updates/you name it! Honest to god, this was the FIRST time since being back to work that I didn't worry about him. She practiced ASL with him and even helped him do some yoga poses to ease some GI issues. She's the real deal! Extremely intelligent, driven, positive, perfect! So thankful she'll now be with us 2 days a week :-) more ++ to say, out of space

Alondra is a top tier caregiver in every sense, easily among the very best. Proactive, dependable, professional, smart, friendly, highly skilled, and wonderful with the kids (all four), who loved her instantly. Not only does she do a great job caring for the kids needs, safety, schedule, etc, but she finds ways to help each child grow at an individual level, no matter their unique capabilities.

Alondra has been an amazing Nanny to our family.  She works with the kids to keep them on task and balances out their school work, chores and fun time.  We hired to help after school a couple days a week just before the COVID19 shut down.  We are SO BLESSED to have her on board to help us through the new challenges we have with the kids taking their school classes online from home.  Alondra has been a HUGE help for us to continue working a couple days a week while she manages the kids day.  
Alondra is very organized and tidy.  She has worked with the kids on organizing their bedrooms and other organization projects around the house.  She is very communicative with us about what they are working on and about any challenges that arise.  The kids love when she is coming and count down for her to arrive.  She is a fabulous addition to our family.

For those who are considering hiring Alondra, DO IT!Total package! Not only is she very intelligent, considerate, punctual, accommodating, and friendly(I'm shy). She also has such a refreshing positive spirit.Very humble in her accomplishments and capabilities- but let me tell ya the list is long!. To say the least she's easily over qualified in my opinion(her rates are fair for that reason). When I hired her to care for my 5 month old daughter & 4yr old son,my 76 year old father became ill and began staying with us & she helped care for him too on very short notice! A few big perks about the care Alondra provided for our family is that she is a certified swim instructor, so I felt happy and confident with her teaching my children how to swim (at no additional cost-so sweet!). She also came ready with a care chart that basically was a very thoroughly filled out report of each child's day( she made one for my father too).& the cleaning almost made me cry I was so happy-everything organized!

Alondra exercised extreme patience and caring during the time we needed assistance in caring for our granddaughter who has austuc traits. She brought great joy to the day and gave great advice and lessons on things that can help with on-going care. 

I recently moved from Michigan to Arizona and was extremely hesitant to reach out to someone I didn't know to watch my daughter. Alondra came over for an interview and right off the bat was a fit for our family. She presents herself and her skills with children very well. She was right on time, very respectful and made me feel like my child will be in great care! I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for childcare.
