Patient, calm, and friendly, my approach to childcare is holistic, focusing on each child's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development. I believe in open communication with parents and value their preferred method of communication, whether it's verbal, text, or phone calls. I am comfortable enforcing household rules while still allowing children to explore and learn within boundaries.
