About Alyssa

A little about me, I have been working with and caring for children for several years. I am currently a nanny for a 4 and 2-year-old. I have been with this family for over a year. Before this job I was a Preschool teacher for three years, and have had numerous babysitting/nanny jobs. I volunteered in a kindergarten classroom for four years in high school. I worked as a camp counselor for three years and was a swim lessons instructor for several years as well. I have many years of training with all ages and I am CPR, First Aid and Emergency Oxygen certified. I have extensive knowledge in lesson planning, learning activities, crafts, and more. I love planning activities and crafts and fun things for the kids to do. I have my Associate's in Early Childhood Education. I am hoping to return to school in the spring to get a degree in Art. I love to draw and hope to one day be an Art Teacher. Working with kids is my passion and I can't imagine doing anything different.
