About Alyssa

Hi! My name is Alyssa and I'm a dedicated, responsible, and energetic caregiver with a true passion for working with children. I currently work as a third grade classroom teacher, so I have extensive experience managing groups of children, creating engaging activities, and supporting kids with a variety of needs and personalities. Before becoming a teacher, I worked at a daycare throughout college where I gained hands-on experience caring for children of different ages. Between my daycare experience and my current role in the classroom, I'm very comfortable caring for multiple children at once while keeping them safe, engaged, and having fun. I love planning activities, helping with homework, playing outside, doing crafts, and finding creative ways to keep kids busy and learning. I'm very responsible, patient, and organized, and I take pride in creating a positive and supportive environment for the children I care for.
